We are located in Southwest Wyoming, with the Uinta Mountains forming our backdrop to the South. The terrain on our family ranch ranges from willow-ringed grassy meadows in the Bear River valley, to high rocky sagebrush hills. Our horses learn to cover the country at their mothers' sides, traversing steep slopes, deadfall, bogs, and rivers, and are exposed to a broad variety of wildlife from the time they are born. We feel that this foundation serves them well in developing coordination, athleticism, and courage before they ever enter formal training as riding horses.
